Wills & Financial Planning Sessions
Aspire offers Free Wills and Financial Planning Sessions for families of children with special needs. On Wednesday, November 20, Aspire Special Needs Resource Centre will host two free information sessions that are open to the public, targeted to families who have children with special needs.Red Deer lawyer, Brian S. MacNairn, will highlight items such as providing for discretionary trust for a dependent child; estate planning and rules for AISH. The Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP) session will be led by investment specialists, Kelsey Brodersen and Kevin Stevens from Servus Credit Union. This savings plan is intended to help parents and others save for the long-term financial security of a person who is eligible for the disability tax credit.
Choice of two sessions:
1:00-3:00 p.m. or 6:30-8:30 p.m.
