Position / Placement: Fund Development Coordinator, Full Time

The Fund Development Coordinator is responsible for the operations of the Fund Development Program Coordination which will increase the profile of Bridges Community Living and its core programs and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma preferred
  • Fundraising Certification an asset
  • Previous experience with Major Gifts fundraising is considered an asset
  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience with donors, marketing and/or fundraising in a professional setting
  • Demonstrated experience in public speaking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact respectfully and appropriately with diverse groups of people
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office is required, must be comfortable working with spreadsheets
  • Proven track record in meeting revenue targets while working under strict time constraints and with a diversity of projects
  • Emergency First Aid
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License
  • Mandatory successful completion of a criminal record check
