Earlybird Fee is $65 by Nov 1st, 2017 $75 after this date and at the door. Please do register early as this is a very popular workshop and has filled up very quickly in the past. We all know we should be living more in the present moment, but the question is 'how'? This workshop is designed to teach you ‘how’ to meditate or strengthen your existing meditation practice and ‘how’ to live a more mindful life. There will be instruction on various kinds of mindfulness meditation practices including seated meditation, deep relaxation and mindful walking. There will also be discussions on the what, where, why and when of mindfulness and meditation. By the end of the workshop you will have learned how to set up a home meditation practice, have tips on how to be more present throughout your day and will receive meditation podcasts from Tracey. If you have meditated, but have fallen out of the routine of a regular meditation practice this workshop is exactly what you need to get back on track. All levels of meditation experience welcome - including beginners!
