In this webinar, we will explore the critical core elements of a fund development program, how best to establish realistic timelines for implementation, determining what you can handle and where you need hlep, and how best to set you and your team up for success.

Learning Objectives
- Identify at least three core elements needed in creating a well-rounded development program
- Determine at least two appropriate implementation benchmarks for their program's development
- Inventory their supply of available assistance, be that internal (either staff or volunteers) or third-party assistance; and
- Identify the three most critical components that constitute success within their organization

Target Audience
New and intermediate-level small shop Directors of Development and Executive Directors with development responsibility.

About the Presenter
Amy Wolfe, MPPA, CFRE is President and CEO of AgSafe, a California-based non-profit dedicated to keeping farmworkers safe and healthy. She has over a decade of small-shop development experience, and is actively involved in her community.
